Reaching the outskirts of the town of Denh, you immediately see the problem. Sand devils are more of a pest than anything else, but once they infest an area it’s a difficult task to root them all out.

Difficult for anyone who isn’t a mage of Cryptomancy, that is.

In a few hours, you and your party manage to track down the infestation’s nest, buried in the sand on the outside of the town wall. Once that has been dealt with, it’s a simple matter to track down the rest of the creatures and drive them back into the desert.
