You step inside the archmage's tower and find yourself in an echoing central chamber. A single flight of stairs spirals upward to the top. It looks like you've got to climb on foot.

It was too much to hope that the Mad Prophet wouldn't know when you arrived. He can read the future. He knows everything you're going to do before you do!

With a screech of cackling laughter, fireballs begin to rain down from above, impacting the stairs in sudden bursts of flame. Somehow you're going to have to confound the Mad Prophet's ability to predict your movements, or you'll never survive the climb to the top.
